John Bickel is a West Point graduate, Vietnam Vet, Airborne Ranger, & Special Forces veteran. John also was an Assistant Professor of Electrical Engineering at West Point with an MBA and MSEE in Electrical Engineering . John has expertise in all facets of management, manufacturing and high technology including a successful career at Corning responsible for the development of their telecommunications photonics business. He has served on numerous boards in both public and private sectors. Col. Bickel holds a TS/SCI security clearance.

Mr. Kernell is involved in all phases of our patent, trademark and copyright matters with a focus on electrical, software and internet related technologies. Mr. Kernell is admitted to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, is a member of the Missouri Bar, the American Bar Association, the Kansas City Metropolitan Bar Association and the Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis. Mr. Kernell is also admitted to the Federal District Court for the Western District of Missouri.
