Kent Hartland
Mr. Hartland is a broadly experienced senior executive, business owner and entrepreneur. His career includes successful tenures with Fortune 500 telecommunications, computer, software development companies as well as three start-ups, with a focus on telecommunications, computer and software ventures. He is a “hands on guy”, an experienced software designer and developer, analyst, database administrator, CAD designer and inventor.
Kent spent many years in the sales of high-end telecom and mainframe computer installations with vertical expertise in Legal, Airline, Hospital and Government/Military computing. For several years he held a Secret clearance with the Department of Defense as a Software Development SME and Analyst attached to the Marine Corps. While there, he designed and developed software systems to diagnose other core software used by the Marines. He started development of Condor with John Taylor in 2000 and incorporated StrataVista in 2018.

Executive Vice President
Jerry Loeh
Mr. Loeh is a highly-regarded expert in developing and commercializing new technologies. He holds a Degree in Chemical Engineering from Washington Univeristy and is experienced in chemical, renewable energy, R&D, technology licensing and product management. Jerry was the global business and product development manager for Monsanto and Solutia (Bayer AG and Eastman Chemical) for more than three decades. He joined StrataVista to help develop capital acquisition and licensing agreements to take their new technologies to commercialization.

Quality Assurance Manager John Taylor
Mr. Taylor holds a B. S. in Marketing, M.I.S. from Indiana State and an M.B.A. from the University of Missouri - Kansas City, with a double major in Information Services and Operations Management. He is a Certified Software Quality Analyst, a Certified Manager of Software Quality and Microsoft Office User Specialist - Master. He's worked at large and small companies including thousands of hours to help develop and test Condor.

Beverly Hartland
Mrs. Hartland is a senior level executive, business owner and entrepreneur. She holds an MBA from the Missouri Uiversity and is a high school administrator in one of Missouri's largest school districts. Bev's early life was spent growing up on, and then running, a farm and livestock in the Midwest. She's learned how to survive and prosper through unexpected challenges, downturns and times of bounty. Bev is an experimental artist with her work displayed and sold in various galleries. She has a strong financial and business mind as well as an artistic appreciation for good design and a memorable aesthetic.
